You can freely use all color palettes for commercial and personal use with or without attribution in your projects, websites, apps, prints, etc, except for the following cases outlined below.

The following is prohibited with our palettes or images:

• You cannot use our images for commercial use.

• You cannot sell, distribute, license, or offer our palettes or images to third parties.

• You cannot publish our palettes or images to stock image websites, in design templates, or in design creator or palette applications.

• You cannot reverse engineer, parse, stockpile, or excessively download palettes and images, or create competitive products.

• You cannot redistribute our palettes or images on a stand-alone basis or as a compilation for either commercial or non-commercial intent.

• You cannot infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trade names, trademarks, service marks through usage of our palettes or images.

• You cannot use our palettes or images for training or creation of artificial intelligence applications.
